Modernizing REGAGEN’s Digital Platform

The Energy and Water Regulatory Agency of Montenegro (REGAGEN) is the official institution responsible for regulating prices, activities, and licensing in the sectors of water, energy, gas, and utilities. This project focused on designing and developing a complete digital ecosystem that improves access to regulatory information and public data. The solution consists of two main parts: the official website and the Data Portal. The website serves as REGAGEN’s central web presentation, providing news, announcements, and a comprehensive document base with structured access to laws, publications, and sector-specific information. It is designed to support clear navigation and usability for a wide range of users, including citizens, companies, and stakeholders. Alongside the website, the Data Portal was developed as an interactive web application for browsing and exploring publicly available data. It enables users to access datasets through intuitive interfaces, charts, and indicators, supporting transparency and data-driven insights. The project aimed to create a modern, scalable, and user-friendly platform that enhances communication, simplifies complex information, and strengthens public accessibility to regulatory content.
